Realize it's going to be a long wait so I get out 'War and Peace' which I'm reading at the moment.

Proceed to queue for 37 minutes for my package.

Finally get to counter - hand slip over

man comes back with parcel from Amazon for me

with an extra copy of War and Peace which they've sent me by mistake.
