Obviously Hitler and Pol Pot and so on are excluded from this list, as they're obviously evil. But put Pol Pot, Hitler and Barrowman in a room and I would be willing to forgive genocide in the presence of the horrors of light entertainment*. Just look into those dead fucking eyes as Barrowman forces out another shrill laugh after someone's made a clumsy innuendo. He makes me violently ill.
