I've not been here long but a week ago i was asked by a bloke with a gashed up hand if i could spare him 1.50 so he could get to hospital, i didn't have any change. I'd of probably given him a bit if i had, it looked like a nasty wound. Yesterday i see the same bloke on my walk home(a totally different part of the city) and he asks me the same thing, gives me the exact same story, shows me the still very messy hand wound. I'm not a chump or anything, but in 7 days he could of walked to the hospital. Part of me thinks he doesn't want the money for a bus fare ;)
