between 2000hrs-2200hrs , what a joke....and i HAVE to go and it's lifeguard training. I was up at 5 for work this morning and the same again tomorrow. Once i get back from training tonight i will have to be awake in 6 hours 45 minutes for work! so when i fall asleep i'm going to tell them it's their fault for making me swim a mile the night before
