i've come home today, turned on my computer and it's telling me to insert my windows installation disk because there is a problem with software i've recently installed (i've not installed any software recently as far as i'm aware). I have no windows installation disk, so i'm gonna need to get this sorted somehow.

Anyway i live in southwest London, but i'm willing to travel to central/north to get it sorted, but somewhere in Putney or Hamersmith would be ideal.
