How the living fuck do you find that page that allows you to alter how frequently you get Status Updates / Photos / etc from people?

There is a girl driving me MENTAL on there and stopping me using the thing by changing her status every 7 seconds, but I can't really get rid of her alas.

Some examples:

"XXXXXXXX is waiting for eastenders to come on lol :-)"
"XXXXXXXX is putting on some washing. Exciting hehehe! xxx"
"XXXXXXXX is lolrofl!!!!"
