As if to indicate that the person they're talking about is "a massive weirdo, right!?"

Now, ridicule is all very well and good, but this phrase is just angry making, especially when used inappropriately: "So then Nicholas went to the front line and left Rasputin and the Tsarina in charge of Petrograd- AS YOU DO!!!" I despair. DESPAIR.
