When I try to open 4od on my comp, nothing happens. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but just get this error message: "Error 2739. Could not access JavaScript run time for custom action"

Was just using watch online but now that just plays all the adverts and then won't play the show.

Any ideas as to how to solve either prob would be great, though did spot another Doctor Who boxset "hidden" earlier that my mother rather pathetically tried to hide as I spotted it.
