Music Social More…

is it a massive faux pas to give a dj at a club a record to play?

michael_w [Edit] [Delete] 17:36, 31 December '08

obviously any dj with any self respect will tell the record thruster to swivel....but i rekon the dunderheads at the place im going to tonight might capitulate

im going back on my promise not to frequesnt a club exclusively dealing with music recorded pre 1968, y'see....and the only way ill feel good about the whole thing is if i hear the absolutely charming track, age of consent by new order.....and i have a feeling they wont be able to stretch past blue monday if i merely request.

so im thinking of pocketing my little circle of bliss into the throng and asking them to play it to block out the ting tings and kings of leon.

how are my chance?
