my evil boss at the nursing home i used to work at said it to me once (and i wasn't even shirking arghhewasuschanastypersongrrr) and i just thought it was really inappropriate, he's basically saying i have a finger up my bumhole and i need to pull it out of there, that is DISGUSTING.
