I still can't explain how this happened.

Admittedly I was somewhat distracted but I was in there, started pissing and it suddenly occurred to me something wasn't right and then it dawned on me that, for an entirely inexplicable reason (I was sober and not even particularly tired) I had chosen the bin rather than the urinal to urinate into.

Luckily nobody came in but nonetheless...

Anyway, how have you accidentally behaved terribly in public?
