I mentioned on a couple of occasions that I had a new 'zine in the making, and a couple of folk took an interest and so here goes...

Myself and hellotornado off this very message board, have made something called Because We Cannot Lie All Night Together.

For this project, we asked fourteen people to write 300 words about a song they cannot listen to without thinking of a break up or heart break. We compiled these fourteen stories and made a mix CD of the fourteen relevant songs.

The result is a run of 100 pretty extravagant looking 24 page 'zines, each with a cardboard cover and a unique photographic print. Plus the 14 track copyright breaching mix CD. All in the name of emo.

I'm gonna try to sell the majority to Americans in a bit, but I hoped some people here might like a copy. If anybody does, then it can be purchased for the sum of £2.50 (inc. p+p), and it looks not unlike this:

Not identical, because that was just a prototype, but very similar.
