and she goes to the doctor. She says 'Doctor, everytime it rains my privates down there hurt' so the doctor replied 'okay then, next time it rains come and see me and i'll have a look'. So about two weeks later the midget goes back to the doctors and of course it's raining and she says 'look doctor my bits hurt' so the doctor picked up the small lady and set her down on the table. He took a quick peek and then returned with a scalpal. He then proceeded to put the scalpal up the midgets skirt when she cried 'ooooh what're you doing doctor' to which he responded 'i'm just cutting two inches off the top of your wellies!'
