Exactly how f*******8 late to a party can you be?

Being late might be fashionable, but after the lights have gone on and the booze is all gone?

OK so there are bad retail figures for winter....this is bad

OK they are the worst since whenever......even badder.

So what are they after exactly? a parental smile and nod and reassurance (like with a toddler who points and shouts 'car' proving tha they can name objects)....so the CBI points and names trade results....what does it want?

Why is it frightened? does it need a hug? are the poor little business leaders worried about something? NOW?

WHat is the point of this? WHY did they chose the word 'frightened'? are they trying to communicate something? why so veiled? why dont they offer any practical advice? or do they just want everyone else to be frightened?

Apparently sales of tins of baked beans are up 25% I like to think i contributed.
