How do you fit in tours/gigs outside your hometown around your jobs? Do you fit your job around your band activities or vice versa? Just interested in how different people manage it, my band generally either do flexible(ish) jobs or have pretty understanding employers although we don't gig with anywhere near the regularity of many bands so I imagine this must get quite hard...
