The room available is on the middle floor with double bed, table and extensive sliding door wardrobe.

Rent is £418 per month + council tax and household bills (excluding water).

You will be taking over the last month of the current tenant's contract and then we'll be signing a new year contract in April. You will be sharing with three other tenants, a gay couple and a girl. Cat lovers preferred as you'll also be sharing with an adorable cat too.
