What did you resolve to do and how is it going?

I wanted to loose a bit of weight, and i've lost a stone since new years day taking me from 12 to 11 stone (at 5"11) which means if things keep going like this i'll reach my 10 stone target by the begining of february and i can spend the rest of the year basking in my achivement. Yay
