I don't understand.

I assume there's only ONE TINY BRANCH OF HSBC in the whole of Hackney offering counter-withdrawals because HSBC think people in Hackney are rubbish. To be fair, some of them dress really badly and don't work for a living but that's because they read Vice magazine. Don't ostracise the rest of us :(

It's so unfair.
