So my own good mother has, for TEH CREDIT CRUNKHHH reasons, been trying to get me to put money into premium bonds. She assures me that they'll be of more worth than interest-less savings. I, on the other hand, see the chance of putting a four figure sum into a continuous lottery on the basis that I might win fifty quid some time in the next twenty years marginally less of a money management idea than giving it away in the street. What do you reckon?
