A bit of my ceiling fell down months ago and they still haven't fixed it. My toilet just spasticly gushed gallons and gallons of water (I'm still waiting for the property manager to come round and fix it). I've had to have walls redone because of pipe leaks and the people who've come in to fix things have broken some of my stuff, and other things have been ruined in the ceiling fall and toilet gush and wall leak. I'm entitled to a bit of compensation for this, no? I've had to replace quite a few things and it's all been a terrible inconvenience. But they're likely to (successfully) just brush it off, actually, yeah?
