Our bolier has now been knackered for a week, something to do with the pump, so we've not had central heating or hot showers. The landlord has been aware of this for a week too, and a plumber came round today but needs to come back with stuff so it won't be fixed til tomorrow/wednesday.

Have we any rights here to claim some rent back or anything? I can't feel my fucking feet.
