i lost my passport a few years ago and i phoned up and reported it missing, the lady on the phone said i'd need to write that on my application for a new passport, well i ended up not being able to afford one at the time, then i found an old passport and used that for a while, until i lost that one too (yes, im massively crap at everything and i suck completely).

now i dont know what to do. i dont think i've 'officially' reported it as lost. am i in trouble?
will i be able to obtain a new one?
shall i just do a lost passport form now and fill it in saying i lost it the other day?
