so this meeting at 10 to 5, we get told this guy is being made redundant cos less work is arriving for his particular role and the focus is moving more onto newer stuff which is what i was employed for. This guys liked by everyone and been there a while and im new. I was sitting next to the MD when she told everyone and it very much came across as this is the guy whos here to replace the guy we just fired.
