my manager is off, and left us on our own for 2 days. we get a 30 mins lunch though it always falls over that a bit, but the other dude has decided while our manager is off to take hour and a half ones. unfotunately the next boss has noticed, and is now checking up on his times hseet very closely.

because of this other dude taking so long, i've still not been able to go out, and he's also decided to go home early, and he's generally leaving me with most of the work to do.

the question is, do i give him a heads up, or does he need to learn his lesson?
