Right. I've ordered some ear plugs after one to many morning-afters with ringing tinnitis. I desperately don't want to lose my hearing, because music is pretty much all I do (listen/play/watch etc). Lately, the ringing has been lasting a bit too long for my liking, so I figured it was high time for some ear protection.

So who's an earplug wearer? Musicians? DJs? Gig goers?

And does anyone have ear-moulded plugs? The ones you have to go to an audiologist to have done, i mean. I'm wondering whether they're worth the money...
