A fast-food outlet that sells pasta. It'll be like Subway, in that it goes for the 'healthier than the other fast food places' slant. The pasta will come in containers shaped like this:

That's straight-edged, not one of those polyester cups that you get tea in from Mandy's Munchbox. The pasta will be really nice, delicious enough for people to say "I don't really like pasta but I LOVE it from 'Pasta!' What do you get when you go there? I always get the Smokey Salmon™ one" etc.
