The bloke from Help The Aged... I'm sure he had sound advice about caring for elderly relatives in this weather, but I'm equally sure nobody was concentrating on his because his hair... I say 'hair', but given it was more voluminous and a different colour to the long bits at the back and his beard, and furthermore appeared to have been crimped, I'd be even more surprised if it were naturally produced.
