Anyone been? Any good? Is it worth a journey up from Cardiff?

Last time I went to the Natural History Museum was for some dinosaur exhibition during my 9 year-old post-Jurassic Park "I'ma be a pale-un-tollyjist when I grows up!" phase. We went to the Sciene museum on the same day, it wasn't as good.
