What would you say that is?

I'm currently working my way through every season of The Wire and it really is staggeringly good, isn't it? So good it makes every other tv show look a bit silly. The writing and character acting just puts everything else to shame.

The West Wing and The Sopranos are also among the best things in the history of ever and (post-Sorkin West Wing aside) are basically TV perfection.
