give me your best prognosis

yesterday i woke up with a pain down my left hand cheek in the area of my jawline. a few paracetamols and i thought nothing else of it. started really hurting again last night, and this morning i have woken up with a really swollen left cheek. i look like a hamster with a full pouch, and i'm in agony.

it is critical i point out nothing happened to me either. it's not like i got hit with a brick (though it feels like it).

suggestions? bring the lolz, i'm bored and in pain. the main one i've had from people so far is Mumps, which is fucking hope not. doctors appointment at 5:30...
