throwing one last huge summer "blowout" before it's all over

My_name_is_Danger [Edit] [Delete] 03:41, 21 February '09

I'm taking liberties with the word "one" here - one entire summer I mean, really, not just a party or something. How would one accomplish this? You know when you reach "that age", when suddenly everyone's moving on and getting on with their new lives, moving off for university, or even finishing. Some of you must have been there, or, like me, are just about there now. How do you make it mean something? Keep in mind everyone's been edging towards their own thing for a while, and, if you have that huge, massive summer to never forget, you can accept that things have to change at some point. But I don't think you'll ever accept the change if you don't have that moment, or collection of moments. You know?! So what can you do?! How do you bring everyone back together for this final run, the proper way to end it, rather than a sad fizzle. An explosion to end all explosions, you know? The big finish.

So, for those who have entered this equally depressing and amazing stage of their lives, what can/did you do to make the most of it? Looking for ideas (and stories) from everyone, I need all the help I can get! The best idea is for me to check on this when I'm sober tomorrow. Alright!
