Can someone point me in the direction of trainers what are good for medium/long distance (10k/half marathon) events...i don't want to be spending much as i'm tight like that but i'd like something that actually provides decent support etc., as i've been murdering my poor feet of recent by running in wholly unsuitable footwear.
