It's a small double room in a downstairs flat in Tufnell Park/Dartmouth Park area. 10 mins walk to Tufnell Park tube, lots of buses to Camden, centre etc.

It's £415 a month not including bills.

It's a nice clean/tidy flat, good living room. Shared good sized garden. Really near Hampstead Heath.
Sharing with me and one other guy. Friendly and easy going, like music, going to gigs, pubs, cinema etc.
