I'm increasingly finding that most of my mates who like similar tunes to me (eg. 3) are moving away or skint or just not up for leaving the confines of their house on a school night.

But I'm conversely missing out on lots of great gigs I'd love to go to.

I've gone to a few on my own and a few with some folks off here. But is this all just an inevitably depressing part of getting older, or something I can nip in the bud before it gets outta hand?
