Stuff Used To Be Better
I haven't given any money to Comic Relief for years, since it became a kind of vaguely more upmarket(?) Children In Need, i.e. just a sort of 'Celebrity Edition' of normal television, where the cast of Eastenders shows up on Planet Earth or something.
Did it used to be more of a comedy thing rather than light entertainment? I remember the year that The Young Ones did a load of stuff on a stage somewhere amd then doing 'Living Doll' and it being epically funny and good (though that could well just be nostalgia).

Anyway, this year's might be ok. C
Can you recall any actually funny stuff from the last few years of this? Ricky Gervais/Stephen Merchant/Bono etc was good...
