I opened a paypal account about 2 years ago when my old band had more merch for sale. I'd had enough of waiting for people to send me cheques and thought this would be easier. ANYWAY...someone apparently tried to access my account sometime late last year, and they've limited my account. To remove these limitation there are 3 simple steps; change your password, update your security questions and submit my credit/debit card details. One slight problem...I don't have a debit or credit card, nor would I be able to get one as my credit rating is so shite. As a result I cannot withdraw the £30 that's sitting in my account. I've been emailing paypal for some months and they've been fucking useless. I want my money. With limited access to your account you can apparently withdraw funds but I haven't found a way to do so, and I must have tried everything. Is this something worth bringing up with CAB, or do I let it go and never see that £30 again?
