So, I’m going to see WATCHMEN next Monday afternoon at the Imax near Waterloo. Two of my friends are coming into London from the wilds of Hertfordshire and they’ve asked me to find a restaurant for us all afterwards. So I’m asking for recommendations.

Something cheap, and simple, that offers hearty, not-poncey meals. Any hidden gems? Personal faves? I’d like to avoid places like Strada.
