For me in was The Falcon in Arncliffe, which is just an incredible, incredible place. Beer is served straight out of the keg via a china jug, it only opens from 12-3 and 7-11, the bar is joined onto the family kitchen, there was the royal coat of arms above the bar (which was practically a plank) and taxidermy everywhere, not a single comfortable seat in the place, an outside toilet, and a regular who genuinely told us that "we don't like strange folk around here". BEST PUB EVER.
