Reviews/quotes
Something interesting is happening in Camden...

Bring Your Parents' Records started in August 2008 at a warehouse flat in Old St. It was a free party happening once a month where people could bring their parents' vinyl along and play them themselves – they got to DJ.

After 3 months it outgrew the flat and moved to Bar Vinyl in Camden.

Happening on the first Sunday of every month, next one this very weekend BYPR doesn't require mixing skills as they use only one deck. Great fun and you never know whats next, which is all part of the fun. Come down for free snacks and great music;)....

What the press say...

"Spin some of your parents' vinyl's for the masses" - Notion Magazine

"An increasingly popular London based club night…does what it says on the tin" - The Sun

"A nice little club night we'd like to recommend" - Holy Moly

"Anyone can bring a stack of their parents' fave LPs and play them over the PA" - The London Paper

"Your folks can be cooler than a hypothermic Samuel L Jackson, thanks to the star-studded London night BYPR" - Daily Star

"I don't know about you, but the free pizza thing has got us completely sold" - Artrocker Magazine

‘Donotes an event we particularly recommend’ - Time Out London Feb 09
‘A new London club night dedicated to trawling through mum and dad’s dusty old relics is fast gaining a dedicated fan base’ - Noisy Fanzine
