I was told on Tuesday that this guy likes me in work. and ever since every time i see him my heart goes into my throat and i get uncomfortable

Why did they have to say anything. i cant handle compliments!!

I think he now knows i know as i seen yesterday afternoon and there now down in the Canteen and he was looking at me in the face with a bit of a red face.

how would you handle this situation? things like this at work shouldnt be allowed! :-0
