I am off to Berlin tonight with 2 chums to stay in the Ku'Damm area.

Can anyone recommend nice bars/eating places not *too* far away off the beaten track? I'm sure a few of you on here have been to Berlin before.

Oh and a prize for anyone who can recommend a way to getting my friends out of going to nightclubs that play R'n'B. Are clubs over there the same as over here where folk get too dressed up and dance to chart RnB? TELL ME ITS NOT SO!!! Help.
