It's about time I did some shameless self promotion on DiS, so here goes.

I'm running the London Marathon on Sunday week, aiming to go under the three hour mark (that's almost 9 miles an hour). To give a sense of perspective, that would be roughly in the top 5% of people running including all the elite lot.

As with most people who do this, I'm also shamelessly prostituting myself around for money to go to various good causes. The way I see it, if I'm going to do something stupid, other people may as well benefit at the same time, soooo, donations would be welcome to be split between Cancer Research UK (charity of choice) and my local friendly footballing cause Hendon FC Supporters Trust (those who visit the football threads will know all about this one).
