so i went the bank at lunch to quickly drop off my £80 in bagged change to be told I had to use a machine by the woman at the counter. 'can you just weigh and deposit it here?!' i exclaimed. 'NO'.

So i go to this machine and unbag all my change and put my card in, it swallows my card! I then have to leave my £80 in change in the bucket whilst going to find a person to tell about my card. Who runs off and doesnt come back, then i find another who runs off and comes back 10 min later with a woman to get my card.

So finally i get this thing to work whilst having a conversation about changes to the bank with the assist manager woman who got my card back. The machine counts my change and cant add up so I loose £1.50. At this point i cant be arsed to just tell them and leave.

HSBC you are letting me down.
