Having worked for Customer Service for 6months now I have come to the conclusion that:
- Customers are rarely right
- People can be incredibly stupid
- Indian call centers are just as annoying to us as they are to the customers
- Some people are ACTUALLY very pleasent
- A lot of people in call centers are lazy
- The bank can FUCK UP horrendously sometimes
