I just checked my online banking to find that BT have AGAIN charged me quarterly for my broadband. That's £50 quid extra outta my bank account than I expected. They did this 3 months ago as well. I phones them up then and told them I'd like it changed to monthly - the norm AND what I signed up for - and they said aye no bother and pressed some keys. Well that useless little bastard in the call centre did fuck all. I'm fucking livid. I live on a tight budget and this wasn't accounted for. They're a shower of useless bastards.

Seriously, wtf pays their broadband quarterly? I didn't sign up to that shit. I could understand if they messed up the line rental as it's quite common for people to pay that quarterly. But broadband? No no no. Fucking BT. Now some poor cunt's going to get an earful from me today.

£50 might not seem a lot to most of you but it is to me.
