The pitch wasn't bad enough that the players couldn't play. There weren't pot holes. Ok bits of grass flew off, but there's one big thing that detracts from 'but the pitch was crap' arguments:

BOTH TEAMS PLAYED ON THE SAME PITCH.

Someone tell Ferguson to stop crying his idiot eyes out, and to accept they got beat fair and square. I'd have thought he'd be content that he beat one of his minions and not someone he hates.

I love how 'the chorus of anger' directed at the pitch consists of Wenger and Fergie.
