please jesus oh god help.

woke up with what appeared to be heartburn and wasnt too bad, walked to sixth form where i was in agony. had a meeting and twitched and grimaced my way through it. walked home and almost passed out from THE PAIN. went to bed, just woke up and its worse than ever.

i rang NHS thingline but said they couldnt help without knowing what it was really, and if it hurt that bad go to see a doctor/hospital. but it might pass in a few hours and then i'd feel silly.

basically, it's like heartburn but a million times worse than ive ever had it. i cant move an inch without being in agony. taken painkillers and things apparently supposed to help heartburn. not working. also milk to neutralise.

mmmmmwaaaa.
help please anyone oh god

for the record, i think dis needs a resident doctor.
