People speaking in foreign accents when they're not from that country. TWATS.

gowman [Edit] [Delete] 10:15, 30 April '09

So, I was in a meeting yesterday and for some reason we were talking food and I mentioned chorizo. Immediately a cheesehead who can speak conversationally Spanish corrected me on its pronunciation and gave it the full-on Spanish lisping chorizo.
My reply to him was that if a Spaniard was in Yorkshire asking for the way to the pub, he wouldn’t be expected to say ‘t’pub’ so why am I expected to lisp like stuttering snake when I say chorizo, Barcelona or any other Spanish word. ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE ARE NO SPANIARDS AROUND TO MAKE AN EFFORT FOR.

Some people are real twats. (And I know Spaniards don’t lisp but it’s the easiest way to describe it)
