All of who seem to have fallen ill recently.

I don't mean nationally, i mean in my community.
My next door neighbour is off work with something, the people that live below my friends boyfriend got back from Mexico 2 weeks ago and are 'ill' and there's some kid at school who went to Mexico over easter and is off with something.

Are we all just getting a bit paranoid?
