It's a law that has just been ratified. The only concession is that you can have what you want for breakfast, it's just when it comes to lunch or tea, that sort of thing. You now have to declare your three cuisines, and the one dish from each cuisine. For some reason it was declared that this thread would be the official form to fill in, I don't make the rules up.
